Correct. But you don't have to always use incognito. You can use it only when you don't want your internet searches tracked.

Depending on the computer you use, or tablet or phone, when you open your browser, you can go to settings and either click Incognito or private and what it does is stop any websites from recognizing where you've been and bumping the price up as you search. I hope I've explained that correctly.
