    Oh Frank....yes it is a free market. The country is trying to roll-over debt issues....and it can't sell enough of the new paper without increasing the paid interest rate. It all gets flimsier and flimsier......poor country....poor peso.

    Mercadolibre gets weird. If you have had and account in another country....even more weird. Worse case for you.....close the account and open a new one with a different email address....that is important...different.

    Five or so years ago, when the blue afforeded us 50% discounts to a medical system that itself was dirt cheap, it was a 'delight' to pay out of pocket. Then 3 bad things happened. The peso difference was basically gone.....inflation slaughtered cheap prices......and number 3 we got older...
