    Try this. Clear your cache on your computer. Sign in again using a different email address. That changed me from being totally restricted to being accepted in full. Let us know what happens.

    It is a terrible business in Buenos Aires. There are more mental health professionals than bus drivers. The rest of it, using proposed medical licenses cross borders sometimes requires waiting periods of two years (fact). Your living in a fantasy world.
