you don't need a DNI to get regular rates, i agree. but it does help a lot. here we're talking about DNI, not temporary visa, in a month. it's done by using the service of a well connected person.

do we live in the same country? ;) without a DNI you gotta pay US$800-1000 a month for a decent apartment. as an argentino or a foreigner with DNI you pay the fraction. here simply you must know the way around to get by with everyday life.
