Exactly whose army, navy, and air force would he use?

    Imported California wines

I used to represent B&B in NorCal. Interesting that it's not vintage designated - maybe a special bottling so they can hit a lower wholesale cost. It's pretty bad, except for the Sauv Blanc, and I can't imagine it lasting. But you never know, in a country where many people's preferred drink with...

I am traumatized every time I go to the supermarket

The horse is officially deceased, so this is it for me. I was commenting specifically with regard to your woman in Spain and her situation - not making a comparison between ARG and ESP. Which would be right in line with me saying it's not common - or maybe you consider 84 a lot. My point was...

I am traumatized every time I go to the supermarket

The horse is just about dead here, but... Idealista is not the only source to find rentals in Madrid. There are three other websites that I know about, and surely many more that I don't. There are also agencies, other non-real estate centered websites, friends, co-workers, bulletin boards, etc...

I am traumatized every time I go to the supermarket

A cursory check on Idealista shows 19 pages of apartments under 1K in Madrid, starting at €500. Methinks there's more to her story.

    Indio Solari 1949-2026

Since 2004 here...and same. And I listen to Attaque 77, Cadillacs, and a couple of other ARG rock bands. But I have to admit, now that I've heard a few of his songs, I don't feel like I missed anything.

    A Different Thread

More for the anecdote bucket: Literally every time I have done a Google AI search, the answers have been comically (or tragically) incorrect.

    KFC Wednesday promos

Odd, I've never heard fried chicken called a goy food. What is goy food, anyway? I know plenty of goyim who eat latkes, Reubens, bagels... Hey, wait...I am one! And no Jew ate fried chicken ever, right? Please, take a minute to give me some insight into the mind that came up with that one.

    Disappointed with Food in Argentina

The American Palate - someone should write a book. Widely recognized in the wine industry is the fact that many Americans talk dry and drink sweet, simply because they don't understand the difference.

A few questions about multinational marriage, surnames, banking

If you submitted a translated copy of you marriage certificate with an apostille for your permanent residency, then your marriage has been recognized as legitimate by Argentina. Important to note that my wife never used my name, always keeping her own, so there was no room for confusion or...
