    Personal Trainer For A Month

There are many studies published how the ketogenic diet can starve out cancer also. I think most cancer only can uses carbohydrates as a energy source.

    Personal Trainer For A Month

I haven't found any diet to be any different from another. It all seems to be a matter of just eating less. Whether it is paleo, keto, mcdonalds, or asado & beer I get fatter when exceeding calories and lose fat when there is a deficit. Muscle always stays the same with adequate protein.

    Us Taxes For Non-Residents

Gift tax might be a non-issue but if your donor needs to file a gift tax return or if you think you might have any of these issues listed above, I would also recommend hiring a professional.

    Us Taxes For Non-Residents

Bill Gates can gift you all his money and you wouldn't owe gift tax. Gift tax is on the donor not the recipient so it is never taxable to receive. For donors the annual federal gift tax exclusion allows you to give away up to $14,000 in 2014 to as many people as you wish without those gifts...

    Int'l Taxes For Dummies

If you have something written I would post it. Like all things tax it is probably mostly correct or sometimes correct. Making a guide is so hard because answers change with circumstances. It is a difficult topic because rather than having a rule every answer turns into "it depends." Just...

    More Border Controls?

I mean we are all guilty of something. If it is not immigration, we forgot to declare everything through customs, accidentally lost a dollar only find it replaced by 12 pesos, neglected to report all foreign assets/income, or some other law we break out of ignorance. I try to do my best but I...

    More Border Controls?

I am a realist. I overstayed my tourist visa while waiting to gather all the paperwork needed to apply for permanent residency. Idealistically, I should have returned to the USA and waited until my residency could be completed. I chose to break the rule in order to not be separated from my...

    Importing After Obtaining Permanent Residency

Softail Springer with an evo engine. I don't know what would be worse... the front suspension, the rear, the vibration of the evo engine, or fact that it is not rubber-mounted. Wrong bike for the trip. Of those I spoke with, no one can provide any real assurance on successfully importing...

    More Border Controls?

I don't see very much grey in legalities. Most of it is against the law. It is black and white but we choose black because it's not often enforced. I haven't met anyone here squared away and legit. At least of those that still keep some ties to their home country. If it is not a visa...

    Importing After Obtaining Permanent Residency

Nooo. I always wanted that experience but I probably wouldn't even make it out of the state. Trading for a BMW, Ktm, or Japanese model could change things.

    Importing After Obtaining Permanent Residency

Thanks. I'll try to pursue this route. I'll update the steps if it is successful or if it becomes too much of a pain.

    Importing After Obtaining Permanent Residency

I will be leaving for the United States at the end of this year and returning to Argentina in April. At that time I'll complete the paperwork for permanent residency. In the future, I'll continue to spend the first 4 months of the year in the USA and the rest in Argentina. I own a motorcycle...

    Being Scammed By Hertz Argentina

I don't think hertz cares about the bad press. People probably will still choose them because it is a worldwide name. I'm sure most rent cars out of necessity rather than choice. I think the best chance is to fight the charge with the credit card company but that doesn't look good considering...

Anyone Knows The Villa General Belgrano Area? (Cordoba)

I think it is mostly hearsay. The family's with any kind of involvement avoid speaking of the topic. There are symbols and signs everywhere but with no one to interview nothing is published. I think everyone researching it hit's a brick wall.

Anyone Knows The Villa General Belgrano Area? (Cordoba)

When the nazi submarine during the Battle of River Plate 1938 the surviving marines (around 44) migrated to Villa General Belgrano. I visited one of their homes the architecture was beautiful. It is a German town with what I think is the largest Octoberfest in Argentina. Winter will be cold...

Retired Us Navy Wintering In Argentina

After working at a bank I realized the ATM limit can be an arbitrary number. Add a zero in the system and the $500 limit goes to $5000. Most banks will raise it significantly if you request it in advance and have the funds.

    Learning Spanish Through Language Course

http://www.celu.edu.ar/en I believe almost all the institutions participating offer a preparation courses. You will need to enroll in the university first or bribe the instructor. I think the "fee" was $500-700 pesos to attend if not registered in the University. If your goal is to learn...

Real Estate Prices In Usd And Ars - Help

Yes, no other options so the few things that hold their value start becoming way overpriced. The same thing appears to occur in the used vehicle market. Are new vehicles available to be purchased right now? Or dealers are claiming "no inventory" or raising prices above the msrp I see many...
