That must be some appt at that price or am I mixing with the wrong types? 2 friends of mine have been looking for new places only this month (5 - 10 or so blocks from Alto Palermo) and the going price for 50 - 70 square metres seems to be $1600 - $2000 pesos for a decent 2 year rental..ok no cleaning services included and few with cable but to be paying double it must be quite a place. Thansk for positing pics and photos so I can show my poor friends how the expats live

I think you got it all wrong, he is offering a short term, fully furnished apartment, and you are talking about a long term, unfurnished apartment...
