Four friends looking for a 4 bedroom apartment for 6 months. Any available?
 
www.bytargentina.com is a good resource, as is craigslist. With 4 people, you will be able to afford a pretty decent place. Your best bet is to stay in a hostel or rent a place for a week or two until you are familiar with the city. No point in comitting to a place for 6 months site unseen. Belgrano is nice, as is Palermo. Generally, Ave. Libertator is where the highest rent property with the best neighborhoods are, and it gets cheaper and worse as you move away westward.
