Hi everyone, I'm placing my apartment up for rent for the month of July for $650. It's located in Palermo Soho on Charcas bw Thames and Borges. The apartment has a very modern light-oak decor, leather couches, TV and large balcony with a wide-open view from the 8th floor. The apartment was recently renovated by the owner, and I've been very happily living here for the past 4 months.
My issue is that I'm going back to the States in July, but already paid in advance. My goal is make a little money to offset the fact that I'll be paying for an empty apartment. I can assure you that I'm paying quite a bit more than $650 for this place! This is a real bargain!
