Cause i'm near lago de regatas for a bit more then 1/4 of that rent..

Near Lago Regatas
It’s 3 ambientes + dependencia.
Quite big for a 3 ambientes with decent sized kitchen think it’s 100 sq.m.
Still not paying $2500 for it.

here we have i think little bit smaller, its like maximum 80sq.m. 1st Floor, not facing the park but facing the backyard.
Only our expenses start to rise quiet a bit, almost double as the inflation goes at the moment... so aswell slowly starting to look for other places.
