A good place for pedis & eyebrow shaping?

Any of you ladies know of a good place to get a decent & reasonably (or cheap) priced pedicure and eyebrow waxing/shaping? I'm in the very beginning stages of learning Spanish so a place that understands English would be ideal. Thanx!

Eyebrows: My wife goes to and LOVES a place called Regina. It is in Palermo on the corner of Costa Rica 4641 and Armenia. The number is 4833.9036

You have to call for an appointment. Regina is a famous make-up artist that works with all the celebs here. The prices are cheap...40-60 pesos (eyebrows).

Manicure: Go to Scalabrini Ortiz and Santa Fe. Right in front of the subway entrance there is a large salon. Ask for Rosemary :)
