A Vivero That Sells "capuchina" (Nasturtium) Flowers?

Anyone know of a place in Nuñez/Belgrano/Palermo or Zona Norte ? My poor tomato plants have perpetual aphids and I heard these flowers do the trick just by being there.

Nasturtiums are indeed edible, but they are spicy hot enough to send Argentines shrieking to the emergency room.

I'm not sure where either (more common in spring) but try asking for "taco de reina."
