remember that AGIP and AFIP are not the same, and as AGIP is the City, he cant dissolve that. So all taxes are not necessarily going to change, or vanish.
My guess is that this will just make everything more confusing, and all business will take longer.
Much like the way his "handling" of migraciones has, combined with 30,000 russians, made everything more complicated, cost more, and take longer...
