African American in BA

Hello: I am new to the forum and will soon be traveling to teach English in BA, I am wondering about the experiences of African American men in BA Argentina (me) Im seriously thinking of spending some time there 6 mos-1year and I want to have a good time. Any feedback would be a help.

I met an African-American from Alabama who is planning to move, and spend the rest of his life, here. It was at an informational dinner with a tango instructor.
He has visited a few times over the past few years and loves it here, so much so, that he sold his corvette and other belongings in preparation for the move. I don't know his contact info.
