After Argentina: South America Options for Naturalized Argentine Citizens

Why are you limiting yourself to Latam? Why not Spain? First world, EU, full of culture, anything you want you can find, there’s a visa scheme for expats, way cheaper cost of living, delicious food everywhere, great people, mostly sunny, you don’t need to live in a big city to have it all. You can fly within Europe for usd25. You can rent a very decent 2br flat in a nice town for around usd 500. For Argentines (and for other Hispanic people) there are many perks in terms of migration possibilities. If you move to BsAs you give up on a lot of things, especially food and clothing also some other convenience stuff of daily life. If go outside of CABA even more so. This is not the case in Spain.
And also; great medical system. Wife was hospitalised at a public hospital and they took great care of her. Just bought private insurance that even covers dental, root canals etc. It’s usd 120 and it also covers you abroad up to €100.000 per year.

I have a friend who moved to Albania and says that it is fantastic and for less than US$ 1500 you can have a tremndous lifestyle . Medical insurance there is less than US$ 50 a month and rents even in Tirana the capital are no more thanUS$ 500 a month . Latin America has some great options I recommend highly Arequipa , Huancayo , Tarapoto Peru . Cochabamba . Santa Cruz de las Sierras Bolivia . Valdivia . Temuco . La Serena Chile all amazing cities !
Albania got great beaches but in terms of life you give up on a lot of things. Spain you have it all and more.

In Argentina they quoted me usd 350 and limited to their hospitals without any dental or international. As a family it’s usd 850. In Spain same coverage like the one I got for myself for four of us is usd 250.

You might get more precise recommendations if you talk about what kind of lifestyle you do and activities you have. All major cities will have good nightlife and culture, but different kinds of culture and offerings. If want to go camping every weekend, you have lots of options all up the andes. If you want to dance samba on the beach, etc ...

I'm struggling with a health problem and have a OSDE 220 plan . It's coverage is límited and it's monthly fee is close to US 300 per month . Many medicines are off the plan and their costs are astronomical at least 4 times European prices Even if Made in Argentina .

OSDE 450 now costs about $900 USD per month for two people.

If you're willing to go further north consider visiting El Salvador. I was there for the first time about a year ago and was amazed with the country. First place I have travelled to where people were actually proud of their president, and everyone I ran into was nice and welcoming. Definitely an up-and-coming place, pro-active business wise, and many people were returning to the country after living abroad. On the downside, it does not have the same European-style culture you find in BA.
