Is this dependent on the flight’s country of origin? I flew into BA in February and didn’t have to fill in a customs form (from my recollection)

The last 2 times I flew into BA from the US they did not hand out customs forms, and I'm having a hard time finding an official updated list of what must be declared.

Thanks, but it's not a thorough list. For instance, it mentions nothing about gold or currency. I understand USD over 10k and gold has to be declared. But it says jewelry does not carry a duty. Would that include gold jewelry? It's not clear.

They don't give you the form any more. I think it's supposed to be done online but I have no clue how and where
