Hey All,

Would anyone happen to have a recommendation for an albañil? I need to have a couple of walls "re-surfaced" (revocar), a window removed and filled in, some paint work done and all that good stuff.

Thanks in advance!!

I can recommend someone who has been working for like 20 days in my house.
He's the first guy I found to work really well (and when I mean really well, I mean it).
He does a bit of everything (carpenteria, albanil, electricidad, etc.).

He used to own a Real Estate business but got ruined with the 2001 crisis. The guy has also a very good cultural knowledge (not directly linked, but he's also educated).

He lives in Del Viso (40 km North of BA), but sometimes does work in the city (when charging the fees, he has to take into account he'll need to drive back & forth).

I guess he would charge like 700/800 pesos per day of workmanship (driving back & forth included), working like 7 or 8 hours.

If you're interested, I'll post a few pics of what he accomplished + his cell number.

100% satisfaction guarantee (really...)

Hey, thanks very much. Pictures and contact info would be great. Much appreciated!
