BODY ACTIVATION

A Stretch and Alignment Class designed to

  • Lengthen muscles and ligaments for greater mobility and flexibility
  • Strengthen and tone the body
  • Improve posture through aligning the spinal column
  • Enhance balance and grace
  • Introduce helpful breathing techniques
  • Reduce tension
  • Prepare the body for any type of dance or sport
  • Help maintain physical health no matter your age or weight

[FONT=&quot]Long-time teacher at STEPS studio in NY, M. Kadison has taught Contemporary Jazz dance as well as Body Activation throughout the United States, Europe, Japan, and Latin America.[/FONT]
