Alternate Arrangements For A 'domec' Technician

Hi all

I am having some problems with my "domec" manufactured gas burner and domec extractor for past few weeks.

I have tried to get a Domec technician and every time its said "Oh, we have taken your complaint. And our technician will contact you soon". But he never does.

Any alternate ways to aproach this issue?

Patience patience. I was appalled with their system as well. After calling their service line you wait for the technician to call you when he will be next scheduling appointments in your neighborhood. After the initial call I waited about five days for the tech to call me and schedule an appointment for almost a week later. Meanwhile I was without hot water for almost two weeks.
I suppose the only other option would be to look on Mercado Libre or the Internet for contractors who you would pay privately.
