Americans, what do you bring back when you visit the USA?

I'm gonna buy some eye drops, possibly a guitar amp, definitely a microphone (I'm into music), girlfriend wants some candy I've never heard of. All my electronics are up to date so no new lap tops etc.

Anything you like to buy or find very difficult to get here?
