Anyone crossed to Uruguay and reentered after the tourist entry requirements changed this month?

Has anyone had any problems crossing and returning this month after the changes in tourist requirements? I am currently on a tourist visa extension and have a trip planned this weekend to Uruguay and plan on crossing back to Argentina . I have crossed once before without issues but that was before the new rules. I have a return flight booked to the USA before my current visa expires.

Returning by bus from Bolivia last week entering at the Aguas Blancas border control nobody was asking the Bolivians to present health insurance.
