Due to some life changes, I'm leaving my company. Have been toying with the idea of starting up my own thing as a consultant.
Anyone here working as a 1099? My clients would be int'l but I would prefer to bill from/be paid in the US.
I understand the SE taxes will still be in effect, even though I'm here, just wondering what other issues/hurdles people have faced being int'l based but US incorporated.
