Anyone have a good accountant to pay bienes personales?

I have to pay my bienes personales tax on my property here and I have been using a company that was charging me $500 a year to file the taxes, this year they want to charge $600 which is more than I pay for the actual tax! So it is time to look for an alternative.

Does anyone have a knowledgeable accountant that knows what bienes personales is and how to properly file these taxes? Also what does the accountant charge roughly? Seems like it shouldn't cost that much to calculate and file these taxes!

Our accountant charges us $400 pesos each for Bienes Personales. She emails us the printouts and we then pay at the bank.
