Myself and my partner have been living here in San Telmo for the past 2 month and originally planed to stay for 4 months. We signed a 4 month lease and have really enjoyed our time here, but are wanting to break this at the end of march to start traveling again before heading home to Australia. Our landlord is fine with this as long as we can organize some other tenants to move in for the last month of our contract or more.
We live in a Spacious, fully furnished 1 bedroom flat in a great location around the corner from Plaza Dorrego. It has a large bedroom and dinning area, has great natural light and is in a quiet and safe location.
It is $600 US a month with a $600 US security depost. Internet, gas, electricity, and water all included in price.
