Apartment in Las Cañitas

Hey Expats,

My old landlord is looking for someone to take over a really nice 2 floor apartment in Las Cañitas (Arevalo y Huergo). It is one master bedroom up top with a bathroom and walk in closet. The bottom level has a kitchen, living area with a pull out sofa, and a half bathroom.

The apartment has a balcony and the roof has a pool and parrilla. It's super modern and nice! My friend and I just left so that we could get our own rooms rather than switch off sleeping downstairs on the pull out futon. It is 950 a month and the owner has a bank account in the states for easy transfer of payments. There is also a one month security deposit.

I'm sure I can get some photos from him so let me know if you are interested.

Sounds interesting. I move out of my current apartment at the end of the month so I'm looking for a new place. The only thing is that I'm living with a friend of mine so it would have to be for two. How was the switching back and forth? thanks in advance.
