I'm from California and have been living in Buenos Aires for almost 3 years, managing one apartment in Recoleta (that rents for $900 USD a week) in addition to teaching English and doing some freelance editing and translation. I have a literature degree from Stanford University and experience working as an editor at a pharmaceutical company in San Francisco. I'm business-savvy and efficient, and perhaps most importantly honest. The owner of the apartment I currently manage is in the U.S. and has left all matters to me, including handling all monies. I am completely bilingual and know how to get stuff done in Buenos Aires.
My services can include:
- writing copy and posting your property on websites such as VRBO.com and Craig's List
- handling inquiries from potential renters, check-in/checkout, and all aspects of business relations with clients
- administration including bills or other apartment expenses
- coordinating maid services
- coordinating maintenance/repairs
- additional services
