Apartment Need In Palermo Botanico For 1 Month Botanico

Hi to all,
I have some friends who are coming to BA for 1 month and FORTUNATELY have decided NOT to stay with me in my small flat.
I need to find them something nice for 1 month from 22 April until 22 May(there is a possibilty they would stay 1 month more!)
They would like a small 1 bedroom. The building does not need pool, gym,garage,etc! But I need it near to me; I live at Santa Fe and Araoz(1 block from Scalabrini Ortiz).
If anyone has something or knows of something, I'd be appreciative to hear about it.
