My Argentine step-daughter just got denied for a US visa. She applied on her own
and had no opportunity to reference me. I'm US born and raised and have been
married to her Argentine mother for 11 years. I believe that she was rejected because
she is self employed. Can anyone recommend an immigration consultant who can advise
me on this? There is a sponsored visa application but I don't know if that will apply. I want
a pro to expedite this if possible.
