April 2nd is Malvinas Day. That's a Tuesday. Will banks and such be open April 1? Or is it a fin de largo?

Based on the final day for payment of my Santander Rio Visa CC, which is Monday the first, I think it's safe to assume the banks will be open.

The usual final payment date is the first Tuesday of the month and the final payment date never falls on a holiday,

Monday is not a holiday....no fin de semana puente. Banks will not be open on Tuesday. Public transportation on holiday schedule.
