So, what's keeping the peso flat relative to the dollar? Does the gov't intercede (buy up pesos) or? The inflation is caused by? Injection of cash from "retenciones" into the economy or is the gov't just printing money?
 
Government is buying pesos in huge quantities using the dollars that keep pouring in from exports.
