I love that they blame it all on the Aguinaldo.

Absolutely nothing to do with JP Morgan and Barclays pulling out, the YPF debacle, the government not complying with the IMF conditions, heavily intervening in the futures market and general lack of confidence. Can't be any of those, must be the aguinaldo affect. Nothing to see here VLLC.

A few months ago, in late April, I was looking for rents and they were nearly all in pesos with hardly any in USD. Now, if you look on Zonaprop, of the 3300 apartments in Palermo en alquiler, 1500 are in USD. Just shows they no one has confidence in the peso. In 2 months, nearly half the market has dollarised.
