Great move. With the poverty rate growing in leaps and bounds, the newly poor will certainly need help in raising funds. Guns will definitely (definitely!) come in handy when the rent comes due. And in the US, the biggest cause of juvenile deaths is attributed to getting shot (in various parts of the body, head and chest being the favorite targets), so overpopulation in Argentina? Fugetaboutit.
