Article 1 – Right to gender identity. All persons have the right,

  1. a) To the recognition of their gender identity;
  2. b) To the free development of their person according to their gender identity;
  3. c) To be treated according to their gender identity and, particularly, to be identified in that way in the documents proving their identity in terms of the first name/s, image and sex recorded there.

People are constantly violating Article 1, Section 3, for example when they give only two choices for gender.

I'm gender neutral so the concept of me being misandrous is absurd on its face.

Gender is a social construct with absolutely no biological foundation. As such, the very word 'misandry' is repugnant to me and should be banned from the English language.

Where does the Law mention the use of gender neutral articles and pronouns..?

The word describes many of your posts to a tee. I think you are on a windup with most of what you say as you seem to like to give specifics on gender and race when it comes to white males.

So you are saying there is no biological difference between males and females?

I wonder how anyone could look at the face in the photo you chose as your avatar and think for a nanosecond that you are gender neutral:

The use of the Che Guevara Avatar may prove quite offensive for some on this Forum , A recognized dictator and genocide, Certainly politically incorrect with the motto; "Patria o Muerte". A definitive challenge to Democracy...! May be advisable to switch Avatar to be successful ....

Unlike the rest of us, give her credit for finding a way to profit from posting c**p.

I really didn’t think there were any Che believers left outside mom’s basement. Always room for one more in the firing squad I suppose.

Anyway, that’s not what is on my mind. Maverique arrived in BA, so I understood, to gather material for her thesis on “machismo” in Argentina. In her baggage were some preconceptions (catcalling is the one she drew attention to) and clearly a general foundational belief that toxic machismo must exist and her assigned task is to root it out.

All that may be true. I personally believe Argentina is in advance of Canada in the issues Maverique cares about, but I can be convinced otherwise. So two requests of Maverique:

One, please let us know before you up-wheels how the catcalling issue worked out – were you personally catcalled? Did you observe this on the streets or subte?

Two, sometime in the faraway future when the thesis is written and you’ve earned your degree, could you post a link to the online document on this board? I would be genuinely interested in what you come up with.
