Art supplies in West BA

Is anyone familiar with art supplies in BA? I am living in the west of BA near Castelar and require canvas, paints etc. I have only been here 4 weeks from Australia.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated....many thanks.

I haven't gone there yet - found what I was looking for just down the road from me - BUT! if you happen to see any book making supplies there, please post here? I REALLY miss making books.

This is great! I've been looking for an arts and crafts store for ages. Maybe they'll have the foam wreath molds!! Just maybe...

There are lots of stores, but be prepared for "sticker shock," at least by USA standards.
Here are a few:

All of them that I visited,are heavy on the acrylic supplies, light on the oils, expensive on the canvas, light on good quality drawing paper, and very light on printmaking supplies. No new ""groovies" like transparent gesso, or self-leveling gel, that I have seen. Brushes not too expensive, but brought a whole bunch with me, so have not bought any.
