Art Supply Needs

We will be traveling to BA on Nov 1 and need to purchase spray fixative for charcoal drawings which my husband will use in the Antarctic. We cannot fly with the cans, so need to get them in BA. We are not familiar with the town, or any art stores there. I have tried to look on line, but language is a barrier, and I have no idea where these stores are in town. We will be staying at 725 Intercontinental Hotel for Nov 1,2 before leaving, so we have some time, but any help you can offer would be appreciated. We need both a workable fixative ( he uses Krylon) and a matte clear finishing spray (he uses Blair). You can see his work at www.bartwalter.com. Thanks in advance! Lynn
