Jul 16, 2007
Hi everyone,

I moved to BA nine months ago. Am teaching yoga classes in English to mostly expats and some argentines that want to practice their english. Its a great way to get connected to other yoga minded people passing through on vacation or that live here full time. Hope to see you there! Ambi

Tuesday Asthanga Class:
Classes are based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which combines breath and movement to purify and invigorate the body, mind, and spirit. We will be working towards the traditional Ashtanga primary series in this class. This powerful series works with the flow of the breath through interweaving postures as well as pranayama or breath work to deepend the concentration-leading to meditation.

Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (driste) the practitioner rediscovers her or his fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness-physical, psychological, and spiritual.

Friday Vinyasa Class:
The master teacher is the teacher within; learn to quiet the fluctuations of the mind through yoga in order to contact this deeper guidance. Experience how yoga purifies and cleanses your body of the physical stresses of modern life. Less stress means less susceptibility to illness, excess weight, and depression. Through the flow of Vinyasa yoga you will allow prana (life force) to move freely throughout your system, releasing emotional and physical blockages and opening yourself up to health, fitness, and joy.
