Available room in my flat in Almagro (half a block away from Medrano tube station) next to a garage and 4 blocks away from Palermo. Easy access to downtown, University of Palermo and the main milongas and tango schools.
It’s a very well lit, quiet and aired flat with a big terrace with 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, iron, blender, etc), bathroom and a big balcony/terrace, wi-fi internet, printer, heater, cable tv, dvd player, phone (only local phone calls pls)and washing machine.
The available room has a double bed, table and chair, closet and window.
You would share it with me and my partner, who will go travelling soon. We are outgoing chatty respectful people. We like our place clean and tidy and so, smoking and pets are not allowed in the house, sorry.
We speak mostly Spanish, but we also speak English and a bit of French.
