Avoid the Rental Agent, "Casa San Telmo"

I recently returned home from my second visit to BA. In October, I used the rental agent "Casa San Telmo 1887". From the first day I arrived at the apartment to the day I left it, both rental agent and landlord seriously abused the rental agreement and me. After my trip, I wrote a detailed report about their actions and how these hurt me, and my family back home. Tripadvisor.com published my report early this past week. I love BA, especially its people. Travel is my #1 passion. I have never before had to cope with behaviour even close to what this agent and landlord threw at me.
