BA next June

I'm planning on living in BA for a month and a half next June and July.

The temperature looks ok, but how is the weather overall at that time of year?

Also, is English used much in the city or will I seriously need to bone up on my Spanish? (which is almost nil)

Weather? Is something which is never bad in Buenos Aires.
