Bank Account

Hello everyone. I am curious how difficult it is, or what all I should prepare in order to open a bank account here in BsAs because I'm tired of paying $5US each time I make a cash withdrawl. Obviously I am an expat here for more than a few months, and I had heard something about there recently being a dificulty for foreigners opening accounts with the local banks. What should I do?
