Bank Of America And Us Dollars

Is it a simple ferry trip to Uraguay or are there other hurdles like visas or day passes etc. to access the country?
 
Hello I also have Bank of America and a Payonner card and I have to go to Colonia and withdraw money from an atm and if I need for some reason go to the banck to withdraw money e.g. in case I forget the pin I have to go to Montevideo where Banks are allowed to deal with Banks from abroad. You can catch the ferry Colonia Express is the most affordable by the way. Hope to have helped.
