Banking in Argentina

Could you mention what operation you use at the originating bank? Bank to overseas Bank transfer ? Other?

Exactly, I just choose the "make a transfer" option as if transferring to someone else, select "Argentina" and fill in the details it asks me.
Some banks require first you set up your Argentine account as a new payee first before transferring for security reasons.
(Note I do not use a US bank account for this, so not sure how these may differ considering they tend to me more domestic focused).

Does that mean that if I need to pay for buying real estate and the current owner wants it on his Argentine USD account, I could:
1. Transfer money internationally from a bank account in the EU to an Argentine USD account that has the same name (euros will arrive as dollars)?
2. Then transfer the money domestically from my Argy bank account in USD to the owner's bank account in USD (dollars will arrive as dollars)?
