I've located a place in Barrio Norte, can anybody give me a brief lowdown on this neighborhood? I remember it being close to Recoleta, but beyond that I don't know anything about it.
Barrio Norte is an invented neighbourhood, it doesn't REALLY exist. It's generally used for the strip between Av. Libertador and Santa Fe (which includes Retiro, parts of Recoleta and parts of Palermo... A nice place to live for people with money.
