Bbc Website Blocked?

It could be a browser issue, maybe.
Have you tried using Chrome with Adblock?
Completely ad-free browsing.
Adblock seems to have limited functionality in IE or you have to pay for the full version.

the Uk and US are also enforcing that exact cookie message to let visitors know that their selections will be followed only on that site....
lots of sites are doing it... i have a garden design site that follows regulations "to the T" and has the same message..
be thankful that the site tells you they are collecting cookies, rather than are doing it with you not having a choice of entering the site.

I love BBC WORLD as it is less biased than the BBC, and is more worldly...

As a media person... BBC WORLD seems less biased than even CNN:: which was created to avoid bias...
advertising and politics affect all media, sadly.
