Note to all interested in this department --

They are charging 30% commision on top of rent -- ie 70 USD for 1 week ! This apartment is completely misrepresented as USD 250 per week! If the point of the forums is to advertise good deals among expats and give expats breaks on prices, etc then stay away from this one bc its all about the commision!

Ugh. frustrated with people taking advantage of forums and pretending to be direct rentals while behaving like (greedy) agencies!

Sigh.
