I am looking for a place or places that offer manicures, pedicures and waxing. Ideally in or around San Telmo but I am also willing to travel. Not too expensive but offers good service.

I don't have a specific recommendation, but suggest just taking a walk around your neighborhood--you'll find that salons offering those services are plentiful, and in my experience the results don't vary much from one to the other.
