NOW you're talking Vero ;) I miss my Biltong :) Haven't had any in ages... Its not that hard to make though and the quality of the beef here is amazing...
 
Best solution: find Jujeños; Wherever there are Jujeños thou shalt find jerky. In fact, the word jerky comes from the Quechua charqui, so bringing it from the US is like importing tango to buenos aires. Everytime we go up north to Jujuy or Salta we stock up, and the quality/price cannot be beat.

The closest to beef jerky in capital are the Mac Burgers.
