Why did hundreds of motorcycles just go up Cerrito? Where did they go? Why were they going there?

Someone can't tell the time. On the post it says that it's 12:23. My (cheap) watch, (cheaper) clock and computer (stolen, value unknown) it's 11:23.
Help !

Are you sure you picked the right time zone for the forum? The time right now is 11:30. if the post has a different timestamp, you're probably using a different time zone.

And I have no clue about the motorcycles. It's Saturday, so it might be a club forming a caravan.
