I live near Nuñez in Belgrano and enjoy it precisely because it's sleepier and less expensive than Palermo and San Telmo. I have a family so I was looking for some place a little less frantic. Most of the stores around here close for siesta in the afternoon and it's very quiet at night.
If you come back here and are looking for a good place to eat out in the neighborhood, I'd strongly recommend you check out Lo de Paka. It's one of the best Parrillas in the city, on Congreso and O' Higgins.
