Best city tour?

I went on this tour last time I was through BsAs:

It was an OK basic tour. Can't complain about anything really.

About 4 hours and you get off for a few min at a couple points.

I strongly recommend Buenos Tours. The owner is a friend of mine and he is very dedicated. He will go out of his way to make sure the tour is just perfect!

I know for a fact that his tours are amazing!
